How do I get a quote?
Upload your CAD file — STEP, STL, IGES, DXF, SolidWorks, or PDF drawings — to our quoting engine. For standard geometries you get an instant price. For complex assemblies, certification-driven work, or unusual materials, an engineer reviews the job and returns a detailed quote within the same working day. There is no minimum order quantity; we quote single prototypes as readily as production runs.
How fast can you deliver?
Sheet metal prototypes ship in 3 working days, CNC prototypes in 5, 3D-printed parts in 5, and surface finishing adds about 4 working days. Low and mid-volume production runs take 7–12 working days depending on process. Pan-European transit is typically 2–4 days on top, so door-to-door most orders land in 5–15 working days. Injection molding tooling takes about 10 weeks; production parts then ship in 12 working days.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Our production footprint is European and our delivery economics are built around pan-EU logistics — that is where we are fastest and sharpest on price. We will quote international shipments on request but we recommend customers in North America or Asia work with local suppliers if lead time matters. For European buyers, our EU-to-EU delivery window is our structural advantage.
Can you handle confidential designs and NDAs?
Yes. CAD files uploaded to Microns Hub are shared only with your assigned engineer and the producing partner shop; nothing is resold, republished, or used to train any model. We sign standard mutual NDAs on request. For defense or export-controlled work speak to the engineering team before uploading.
What certifications do you offer?
Our network holds ISO 9001:2015 certification by default. Partners with ISO 13485 (medical), AS9100/EN 9100 (aerospace), and IATF 16949 (automotive) are available when your project requires it — tell us at quote stage so we assign the right partner. Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), First Article Inspection reports, and PPAP documentation are available on request at no extra charge.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Per-part pricing drops substantially with quantity on every service. Laser-cut sheet metal flats at quantity 500 can be 40–60% cheaper per part than a prototype quantity. CNC machining shows similar volume curves. Injection molding is the most extreme — per-part costs fall from euros to cents once tooling is amortized.
