Our Work
Ten recent projects that show what we build — the process we picked, the materials we specified, and the lead time we hit
A curated sample of recent projects delivered through our European manufacturing network, covering CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, injection molding, and integrated multi-process builds. Each case study describes the part, the engineering constraint, the process we chose and why, materials, tolerances, surface finish, volume, and achieved lead time. Customer names are redacted where NDAs apply; technical details are preserved so engineers and buyers can benchmark against their own projects. If a case here looks close to what you need, reach out — we can almost certainly replicate the approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I see photos or videos of completed projects?
- Most customer projects are covered by NDAs that prevent us from publishing photos of finished parts. The case studies above describe specifications, processes, and outcomes rather than showing proprietary geometry. Where a customer has given permission, we share visuals directly in quote conversations.
- Can you replicate a process I see in one of these case studies?
- Yes — every process, material, finish, and lead time shown is a standard offering. If your part fits a similar envelope, we can quote it with comparable specs. Upload your CAD file and point us at the case study that matches your intent; we will match process and materials accordingly.
- Do you work on one-off prototypes, or only production volumes?
- Both. Roughly 40% of our orders are single-piece prototypes; the remaining 60% mixes small (10–50 pcs), medium (100–500 pcs), and larger production runs. We have no minimum order quantity on CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing, or rapid prototyping. Injection molding has a practical minimum around 100 parts due to tooling cost.
- Can you provide case studies for my specific industry?
- During quoting we are happy to share 2–3 recent sanitized case studies in your industry with specifications but no customer identification. Ask for industry references in your quote request and we will include them with the quote response.
- What documentation do you provide with an order?
- Standard with every order: Certificate of Conformity, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates on metal parts, invoice, and packing list. Available on request: FAI per AS9102, PPAP documentation, dimensional inspection reports with GD&T call-outs, hardness reports, surface finish verification, biocompatibility data, and welding documentation (WPS, WPQR).
