- Standard geometry in standard materials: same working day. Complex multi-process assemblies, unusual materials, or regulated-industry scope (aerospace, medical, IATF 16949 production): 1–2 working days. In either case you get an acknowledgment with a committed response date the same day you upload.
- Can I visit your office in Heraklion?
- The Heraklion office hosts engineering, operations, and quality — not production machinery. Visits are possible by appointment if there is a good reason (typically enterprise partnership discussions). Manufacturing partner visits can be arranged separately when a customer is qualifying a new supplier for regulated work.
