Nature of Services Provided
MICRONS HUB DV Ε.Ε. is an information society service in the sense of Directive (EU) 2015/1535 and an on-demand manufacturing intermediation service. Through the website micronshub.eu and associated subdomains, the operator facilitates the request-for-quote, order placement, and delivery of custom-manufactured mechanical parts produced by qualified third-party manufacturing partners located primarily in the European Union. The operator itself does not operate industrial machinery and does not produce parts directly.
Contracts for the production of parts are concluded between the customer and MICRONS HUB DV Ε.Ε. as the contracting party; production is subcontracted to qualified manufacturing partners under the operator's supplier agreements. Full terms governing the sale of parts and platform use are set out in the General Terms and Conditions available to registered customers.
